Once you decide to enjoy the sea the way the locals do, the nearby small pebble beach is just few steps away. Surrounded by the carefully selected greenery it creates the ideal setting for pure hedonism and sets the perfect frame for your next unforgettable getaway.

Luxury Design Amenities per Each Floor:

1. GROUND FLOOR

On ground floor, you can park your car and, also, play table tennis and exercise in gym. Afterwards you can relax in sauna and/or use shower to refresh. Also, in the ground floor, we have placed fully equipped laundry room (detergents, washing machine, dryer, steam iron and ironing bord).

2. FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor, you can find master bedroom with fully equipped bathroom, kids’ room and another bedroom with double bed. In case you’re coming with baby, we also have baby crib. We have placed here an additional, fully equipped bathroom and toilet with full equipment. All bedrooms have glass see view and entrance to wooden deck terrace, where we have placed hydro massage hot tub (6 persons), sunbeds and outdoor lounge sitting area. All bedrooms are fully equipped and have hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows. Also, for the safety of your valuables, we have placed a safe in the master bedroom.

3. SECOND FLOOR

Here we have placed situated fully equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor eating area with stunning view on seaside. Our kitchen, except standard equipment, also has a wine fridge, ice machine, microwave, toaster and in case you are coming with smaller kid in the dining area, we placed eating chair for kids. Also, since we want you to feel like home, you will find standard spices (salt, pepper, oil etc.) in the kitchen. Also, we have prepared welcoming basket of fruit, water, bottle of wine, coffee and tea.

On the second floor, we have also placed nice living area with nice and cosy sofa and comfortable armchair with footrest, on which you can rest and enjoy stunning seaside view or watching Netflix on big screen SAT TV. For those who like to play games, we have some board games (chess) and PS5 with some basic games on it, enjoy.

4. ROOFTOP

If you want to enjoy the sun all day, the rooftop is ideal for that. Except sun, rooftop has wooden deck, private heated pool with salt water, sunbeds and sunshades, towels and slippers. To complete the entire rooftop place, we have placed a nice fireplace, where you can grill or just put on some fire to have a nice evening atmosphere.

• Both of Villas have tiled floor with floor heating, Wi-Fi. The entire outdoor and indoor space is luxuriously and modern designed. You don’t need to bring towels, slippers, bathrobes, hairdryer and bathroom products. Everything is waiting for you, just come. And in case you need, we will provide you an extra housekeeping by request.                                                                                                                                                                                                 
• In case you decide to explore the island, you can use bicycles, electric scooter or go to a free all-day safari tour with dinner included, and for exploring life beneath the sea we have Yamaha Sea scooter and paddle board for those who like to stay on the surface. It does not matter what do you chose: Fun is guaranteed.
